- Paving Checked / Re-Sanded or Pointing topped up if needed
(Non Stimpsons Customers can have a discounted Quote to Re-Point)

- UPVC wiped down
- Weed control applied to joints/pointing
- Optional Sealer service seen at bottom of page

- Scarifying in Autumn

At STIMPSONS we strongly believe gardening cannot be just rushed, we will spend time depending on the Package opted for and will depend on the nature and combination of cleaning and lawn care needed, so we don't have a one-size-fits-all programme.
We have Three - Fortnightly and Monthly Services, This will be Invoiced Monthly and Paid by a Direct Debit.
We have our Basic Cleaning Service 'Stimply Clean' - This is Once a year and paid by Banks Transfer or by card.
OUR SUMMER PAVING SEALING SERVICE
LASTING UP TO 5-YEARS + ...
HEAVY DUTY POLYURETHANE PAVING SEALER
JUNE, JULY, AUGUST & SEPTEMBER ONLY.
We only seal paving within this small window because
it will give the best results due to the weather conditions and more importantly Heat.
Although we have lots of customers wanting us to do this all year round, and there are a lot of other company's willing to risk this , but we want what is best for our customers and that requires
applying the sealer in the right weather conditions, done once and done right !
PLEASE REMEMBER : We have a low cost weed free maintenance surface for all year round cleaning and weed control, remember no matter who much you spend on sealing paving it does not keep it clean, and can in some cases increase the surface water if the area is dipped (puddles) Stimpsons recommend to have the area to be cleaned and sealed checked over before any sealer is used.
We will only use trusted RESIBLOCK and SMARTSEAL sealers, with your choice of product,
"We will not risk damaging your paving with other brands."
(On our cleaned & dry surfaces only to avoid failure)
*Stimpsons spend quality time making sure your paving is ready to take the sealing product before we commence work.
- Check over paving for last time
- Final sweep down paving paving to be sealed
- Re-Sand for final time
- Put out Barrier tape
- Carefully seal your paving with chosen product
- Apply either a Matt, Satin or Gloss Sealer
- Clean away all arising and leave Barrier tape to avoid walking/parking
