What you get: professional deep clean plus practical repairs within the included allowance on the patio Clean & Fix band, plus the cleaning outlined above. We confirm everything on arrival and keep it tidy throughout.
Clean & Fix allowance (Patio – 50–75 m² band):
Includes up to 7.5 m² levelling allowance (dips / minor movement / small edge failures) plus up to 1.5 m² oil treatment where applicable. If repairs exceed this allowance, any additional work is discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Pathways & porch: includes minor slab re-levelling where achievable following inspection.
