I have a couple of really nice Paving Materials in mind and it would be great to provide you with the basic concept drawing to show these to you and how this would look, the drawing would be FREE on receipt of a refundable £250 booking deposit, this is to make sure you have some space booked with us, and also covers the design fee's - as each one takes around 4-6 hrs to draw this up for you (FREE on Completion of your Project)
Once all the work has been completed, we'll fully refund the £250 deposit for you, and this will be deducted from the final invoice we send.

Main proposed paving work for the new Patio, Lawn, Paving restoration (to be shown on your FREE drawing) - I'll include the whole garden in the drawing as I feel it will help you see all the available space!
Back Garden :
- Completely clear the Garden, including any unwanted sheds, buildings, shrubs, and small trees.
- Level existing ground and remove any unwanted soil/materials.
- All waste (arisings) will be professionally removed and disposed of, we have a waste Carriers license (so no bulky skips taking up room on your drive) - we collect and dispose of the waste using our trucks.
- Deep clean, restoration, and re-point of the patio at the bottom of the garden. Optional - We could include a small retaining edge around the perimeter to keep back the soil, for additional costs.
- Steps for a small restored patio will be rebuilt removing the ramp this will include repairing any loose brickwork.
- Additional large Patio. A new Patio for the rear of the property, this will include a step design (already have an idea, connecting the two steps with a large sweeping step)
I will create a curved Patio, with no additional cost if booked in for March (as it's just before we get busy, and hopefully help you out)
- A large area of natural lawn, costs below to include a mowing strip (making the lawn edge easier to maintain)
Did you know? We can also offer lawn cutting and maintenance as well as paving cleaning!
- Costs to frame both the New Patio and the Lawn with an antique cobble edge. This could also be used to frame other areas of the garden and stacked up to create small retaining walls, for additional costs.
