Large Patio Proposal

Hi Danielle.
As promised, here’s your proposal for the Patio work.
I'd normally book a 30 min slot again with you and talk over this, including my important 5 critical stages of build, these stages are the backbone of our long guarantees available, however as you know I'm away Tomorrow, so just wanted to get something over for you. Hopefully we could book something when I get back to talk over details?

Project Overview
Main Works:
✔ Design & Build the New Driveway to suite property.
✔ Optional Pathway pattern & Garage detailing (will be shown on the FREE design)
✔ Drainage Plan.
✔ Our unique 5 - Critical Stages of Build as standard, these form our long guarantee and will be recorded as we build:
✔ 1. Excavation Stage.
✔ 2. Edging Stage.
✔ 3. Sub-Base Stage.
✔ 4. Laying Stage.
✔ 5. Surface Finish.

Although this is based on a Driveway, everything is the same, apart from the laying material (this would be sand & Cement mortar)

Please reduce £1,490.00 off all costs above if you didn't want a decorative border around the patio as seen in my videos.
Discount if booked within 4 weeks of the date of issue of proposal...
- £500.00 - We will book the materials in advance and secure material costs before any further increases.
Next Steps:
