As promised, here’s your proposal for the driveway work.
Below, you'll find details about the project, costs, and optional services. If you’re happy with the proposal, we will send you a fully detailed quotation, followed by a FREE design drawing.
If you prefer a phone call to discuss the details, just text me know after reviewing everything.
Project Overview
Main Works:
✔ Design & Build the New Driveway to suite property.
✔ Areas to be broken up by different sized blocks (will be shown on your design)
✔ Optional Edgings to wrap around the lawn at the front of the property (will be shown on the FREE design)
✔ Paved area for the trailer, including a planting area.
✔ Removal of Shrubs (as discussed)
✔ Drainage Plan.
✔ Our unique 5 - Critical Stages of Build as standard, these form our long guarantee and will be recorded as we build:
✔ 1. Excavation Stage.
✔ 2. Edging Stage.
✔ 3. Sub-Base Stage.
✔ 4. Laying Stage.
✔ 5. Surface Finish.

Weed-Free Guarantee & Maintenance Options
We offer maintenance packages to keep your paving in top condition:
✔ Standard 3-Year Guarantee (FREE with your project) – Includes monthly sweeping for weeds, dirt, moss, and leaves.
💰 Opt-Out Discount: If you don’t want the weed-free service, deduct £490.00 from the total.
Optional Maintenance Upgrades:
🥉 Bronze Package (£300/year) – Extends the guarantee to 5 years with annual deep cleaning (after 5-Years of this service, we honour a further 2 years)
🥈 Silver Package (£42/month) – Lifetime guarantee, monthly visits + annual deep clean & sealing.
🥇 Gold Package (Custom Pricing) – Everything in Silver + lawn care, window cleaning, gutter cleaning & roof moss removal - Please ask for costs.

✔ Total Before Discounts:
£14,990.00 Drive (Inc. VAT)
Discount if booked within 4 weeks of the date of issue of proposal.
- £200.00 - We will book the materials in advance and secure material costs.
NEW COST:
So, £14,790.00 (Inc Lawn edgingand Trailer area) If booked within 4 weeks.
WEED sealed as standard!

- Book by the 1st August and we'll also provide a matching mowing strip around the lawn - so everything matches up!
Next Steps:
📌 Secure your spot with a £250 refundable deposit (covers design time & reserves your booking).
